Job Description –
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers who have expressed interest or made inquiries through the India Mart Portal.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
- Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Handle customer objections and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Coordinate with distributors
- Prepare and present sales reports, including pipeline updates and sales forecasts, to the sales manager.
