Assistant Manager Training
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Preparation of list of participants for each training program in advance
- Share final list of participants with concern cluster trainer
- Conduct induction training of new CSO's at regional level as per directed by Zonal Manager
- Develop and share action plan on monthly basis to their respective Zonal Managers and HO team
- Ensure to cater the training needs of all new joiners at regional level and discuss the same with HO team
- Coordination for training program with various departments and also report the same to their concern reporting authority
- Documentation of overall training records/feedbacks reviews.
- Responsible for post training Monitoring
- Responsible for post training assessment
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 2-7 years of experience as a Trainer
- Identifying and tracking of training needs of the Department
- Management disciplines
- Resource management
- Customer service
- Budget control
- Risk assessment
- Candidate should be proficient in Local Language
