Job Description:

HSE Safety Supervisor experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines

Should be a university graduate and he should be specialized in Safety certification IOSH, NEBOSH., familiar of ISO 45001-2018,
14001-2015, He should have minimum 5 - 7 years of working Experience, EPC projects.
1. Implement the approved HSE program on the job site.
2. Promote a safe working environment by conducting a site safety inspection.
3. Monitor accident prevention program.
4. Monitor and recommend fire protection systems and conduct periodic fire and emergency drills.
5. Organize and conduct safety orientations and regularly scheduled site HSE meetings.
6. Brief all employees covering construction HSE aspects and housekeeping.
7. Maintain constant surveillance to ascertain hazards, suggest corrective action to site management, supervisors, and sub‐contractors.
8. Accomplish accident investigations and make related reports.
9. Prepare reports and keep required records.
10. Motivate and instruct onsite HSE program through various applicable site incentives.
11. Issue safety violations when necessary and follow its implementation and closure.
12. The HSE Supervisor's Line manager will monitor and ensure that the assigned safety supervisor is active in his duty and that the client is satisfied to his performance.
13. Prepare, Approved JSA, HIP, on the job site.
