Job Description:

You would be responsible for managing the tendering process within an organization. The tendering process involves submitting competitive bids or proposals in response to invitations from clients, government agencies, or other organizations seeking goods or services. This involves a combination of project management, strategic planning, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Tender Preparation: The Tender Executive is involved in the preparation of tender documents, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that the bid meets the requirements set forth by the client.
  2. Bid Submission: They coordinate the submission of bids or proposals to potential clients or organizations. This involves adhering to deadlines, ensuring all required documentation is complete, and managing the overall submission process.
  3. Research and Analysis: Tender Executives research potential clients, competitors, and market conditions to provide valuable insights that can enhance the organization's chances of winning contracts.
  4. Cost Estimation: They work on estimating the cost of the project or service being tendered for, considering various factors such as materials, labor, overheads, and profit margins.
  5. Negotiation: Tender Executives may be involved in negotiations with clients or potential partners to secure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
  6. Contract Review: After winning a tender, they may be involved in reviewing and finalizing contracts, ensuring that all terms are agreed upon and documented correctly.
  7. Communication: Tender Executives often act as liaisons between different departments within their organization, ensuring that all relevant information is gathered and communicated effectively to prepare a comprehensive tender.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 Yrs. of experience in Tendering/Bidding.
  2. Qualification- B.E/B.Tech (Any Specialization)
