Job Description:
Primary Role Description: - Leverage data, algorithms and technology to drive insights and support strategic decision-making for multiple key business focus areas by collaborating with cross functional teams to enhance current state of the business.
- Strategic analytics planning &adherence : Develop and execute the overall analytics strategy aligning with business objectives
- Build AI/ ML Models to assess risk, fraud, underwriting , sales
- Data governance and compliance
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Learning & Development of the team
- Performance Monitoring: generating actionable insights with orientation to detail
- Data Strategy for the key areas of the business
- P&L orientation
- Hands on experience on new age open source tools and languages
Experience Requirements
- 7+ years of strong experience in the field of data science/ analytics
- Preferred : Insurance background
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team management skills
- Hands on rich experience with Python
- Excellent presentation skills ML Ops Experience (preferred
