Looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing with over 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct response marketing, including paid advertising on Google Ads and Facebook Ads. In addition, the candidate should have a good understanding of advertising principles and how to frame a marketing message effectively. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving lead generation through various digital marketing channels and will lead a team of marketing professionals.

Responsibilities:

—Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that includes paid advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO, and other channels

—Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads to drive leads and conversions

—Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling marketing messages that resonate with the target audience

—Utilize analytics and data to continuously optimize campaigns and improve ROI

—Collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead to sale

—Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure they meet their goals and objectives

—Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot, to create, execute, and measure campaigns

—Implement lead scoring and nurturing campaigns to improve lead quality and conversion rates

—Build and manage email campaigns, workflows, and templates

—Create and monitor landing pages and forms to improve lead generation

—Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and marketing automation to ensure the company remains competitive

 

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:

—Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

—5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on direct response marketing and paid advertising on Google Ads and Facebook, Insta, Linkedin Ads

—Strong understanding of advertising principles and how to effectively frame a marketing message

—Expertise in Lead generation

—Proven track record of driving leads and conversions through various digital marketing channels

—Experience managing and leading a team of marketing professionals

—Experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot

—Knowledge of lead scoring and nurturing campaigns, email marketing, landing pages

—Excellent communication and collaboration skills

—Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions

—Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Company Profile

Capable of configuring popular database engines and orchestrating clusters as necessary
Exp with different database technologies (SQL database(s), NoSQL such as Hadoop, MongoDB, Redis, etc
Proficiency with MS-SQL & its variations including Microsoft SQL Server and Azure SQL databases
Skilled at optimizing large complicated SQL statements
SQL Server Administration, Configuration Troubleshooting & Performance Tuning
Backups, recovery, encryption and other SQL Server features
In-depth knowledge in exposing data to end-users via Power BI, Azure API Apps.
Exp in visual analytics best practices and knowledge of not only Power BI but additional business intelligence tools (Tableau, Cognos)
Exp working in Power BI deployment pipelines w/ data modelling, data proofing and working with data stewards
Exp with preparing data for Data Science and Machine Learning purposes
