Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the sales of international tour packages (Outbound Travel) to clients through emails and/or telephonic interaction.
- Understanding customer travel requirements, and itinerary preparation for outbound international tours including hotel & transport reservations.
- Prompt and regular follow-up with clients to maximize conversion and achieve sales targets.
- Assist with sourcing and negotiating rates, terms & conditions with suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Ability to resolve questions and process all travel inquiries for higher sales conversion.
- Liaison with the backend Operations team to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues that may arise.
- Assisting customers to choose from a variety of travel options.
- Handling European and UK markets.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in international travel holiday sales.
- Prior working experience in selling International Holidays packages
- Holiday package sales experience for the long haul & short haul leisure tours for the UK and Europe
- Enthusiastic, energetic, positive attitude
- Good communication & customer interaction skills, effective negotiator
- Good working knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word)
