Assistant Manager Leisure Travel (Outbound)

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sales of international tour packages (Outbound Travel) to clients through emails and/or telephonic interaction.
• Understanding customer travel requirements, and itinerary preparation for outbound international tours including hotel & transport reservations.
• Prompt and regular follow-up with clients to maximize conversion and achieve sales targets.
• Assist with sourcing and negotiating rates, terms & conditions with suppliers to maximize profitability.
• Ability to resolve questions and process all travel inquiries for higher sales conversion. 
• Liaison with the backend Operations team to respond to client inquiries and resolve issues that may arise. 
• Assisting customers to choose from a variety of travel options.
• Handling European and UK markets.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

• Graduate with 5+ years of experience in international travel holiday sales.
• Prior working experience in selling International Holidays packages
• Holiday package sales experience for the long haul  & short haul leisure tours for the UK and Europe
• Enthusiastic, energetic, positive attitude
• Good communication & customer interaction skills, effective negotiator
• Good working knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word)
