Hiring for HR Business Partner - Ahmedabad

Job Description:

• Work Timings – 10 – 6 pm
• Working Days – 6 days

The responsibilities of the role are:

• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention issues involving employees to both ensure compliance and enhance employee relations.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Needs someone who has handled HR processes like Strategy planning , employee life cycle for a multinational company

• Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
• Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

• Day-to-day administration and consistent application of policies/programs covering recruitment, interviewing, applicant tracking, personnel administration (records and reports), compensation, FMLA administration and benefit administration.
• Administration of health, dental, drug, and vision insurance; short and long-term disability; life insurance; and 401k plan; and the tuition reimbursement program.
• Administration of the safety program, including maintaining the safety program documentation.
• Administration of the work-related injuries program and maintenance of the OSHA logs and reporting.
• Oversight of the company’s safety program.
