ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER - TILDA
Job Description:
Production Oversight:
Assist in planning and organizing production schedules.
Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure that production goals are met within the specified timelines.
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain quality control standards for all produced paints.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues.
Team Management:
Supervise and coordinate the work of production staff.
Train and develop team members to enhance their skills.
Foster a positive work environment to encourage productivity.
Inventory Management:
Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Health and Safety:
Enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
Conduct regular safety training sessions for production staff.
