Job Description:


You will:
 Be responsible for leading and delivering large, multi-disciplinary client transformation engagements.
 Develop a strong market connect across the GCC, as relevant for People and Change practice
 Engage clients to conceptualize solutions based on client requirements
 Build and grow a team of People and Change practice to deliver services to clients
 Play a trusted advisor role to chief transformation / People officers
 Lead and contribute to developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
 Train and provide guidance to junior staff in their areas of work for all round development.
 Lead engagements and drive (internal, client and third-party vendor mix) teams in program execution.
 Work with internal stakeholders – in articulating customer situations, extracting the best solution
proposition for the customer and in ensuring customer delight.
 Experienced in managing large accounts

Desired Profile
 Preferred candidates will be People and Change professionals with broad business perspective and
insights. Must be knowledgeable of latest business trends and developments.
 Minimum 18 -20 years of consulting/domain experience.
 It will be useful to have an established industry presence - including publications and conference
engagements.
 The candidate should ideally be fluent in both Arabic and English

 A good blend of creative thinking and rigorous analysis in solving business problems.
 High energy individual possessing excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and
presentation skills. Adept at preparing and presenting to senior audiences.
 Demonstrates excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Must be able to maintain a professional
demeanor in times of high stress.
 Prior management and direct supervisory experience in a team environment required.
 Excellent time management skills. Must have ability to multi-task.
 Regular reading habits to stay abreast of new trends & developments and exhibit high level of
confidentiality.
 Enjoys travelling and meeting new people. Flexibility to travel to, and work in, other locations is
essential.

 

Location
Selected personnel will be based at our KSA office (Riyadh).
