Content Creator/ Writer
Location: Mohali
Time: 9:00am-6:00pm

Male/ Female Both

Work from office
Experience: 6 Months-2 Years

Key Result Areas:

• Conceptualizing from idea to finished content in video and graphic formats
• Follow and analyze social media trends and high performing content to come up with new ideas 
• Work with the marketing department to get understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly
• Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
• Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and public communications
• Create Search Engine Optimization driven content and increase the site traffic
• Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels
• Identify customers needs in relation to the company and write content to cater those needs

Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics 
• Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
• Submit work for input & approval
• Be able to write answers for Quora questions and Reddit Posts
• Coordinate with the marketing team to illustrate articles
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
• Update website content as needed

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Content Creator/Writer, Copywriter or similar role
• Portfolio of published articles
• Experience doing research using multiple sources
• Familiarity with web publications
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English
• Ability to meet deadlines
