Roles: -
? Knowledge of Payrolls.
? Joining Exit Formalities.
? Recruitment Process.
? Can Maintain Legal Compliance.
? (Overtime Register/leave register/Muster roll/Patrak/Damage or LossForm II/Bonus-Form C,D, Leave and Attendance Records, Form 32, 33, From-15 and ID card Register)
? Can Maintaining Provision sheet (O/S Leave Balance, Gratuity, and Bonus).
? Manage to prepare Salary Arrears and Errors. ? Solve Grievances.
? Other Miscellaneous Work Mentioned by HOD and MD Sir
? Social activities according to Festivals.
? Coordination with Admin & Reception team.
? Attendance process for Office, Factory and Site Employees of the Company ? PF / ESIC / LWF etc…Make and can do payment.
