Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Devising, running and evaluating selection processes including interviews, psychometric tests, personality questionnaires and various group activities.
- Designing and launching the Internal Job posting process. Managing internal job transfers
- Preparing and maintaining the job description repository
- Ensuring on boarding of manpower in line with the launch plans.
- Ensuring quality of recruitment.
- Ensuring an optimal sourcing mix.
- Responsible for the identification, contracting and management of vendors that supplement recruitment needs.
- Screening application forms and short listing applicants.
- Keeping recruitment costs in control and developing alternate sourcing channels.
- Managing the employee reference process
Minimum Qualification & Experience
- MBA in HR preferred
- 1+ Years of related experience in recruitment with a specialized in bulk hiring.
