As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's human resources
functions. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition,
employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company
culture and ensuring our team is motivated, engaged, and aligned with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing
industry.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening,
interviewing, and selection.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and networks.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee
morale and productivity.
Monitor employee satisfaction and gather feedback through surveys and other channels.
Implement strategies to improve employee retention and create a positive work environment.
Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
Strategic HR Initiatives:
Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the
company's business goals.
Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent development,
and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of
employment legislation.
Provide guidance on HR policy development and enforcement.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Promote open communication channels between employees and management.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's
degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, preferably in the manufacturing
industry.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
