As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's human resources
functions. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including talent acquisition,
employee engagement, and strategic HR initiatives. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company
culture and ensuring our team is motivated, engaged, and aligned with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the manufacturing
industry.
 Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening,
interviewing, and selection.
 Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
 Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and networks.
Employee Engagement:
 Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance employee
morale and productivity.
 Monitor employee satisfaction and gather feedback through surveys and other channels.
 Implement strategies to improve employee retention and create a positive work environment.
 Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.

Strategic HR Initiatives:
 Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the
company's business goals.
 Lead HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent development,
and succession planning.
 Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of
employment legislation.
 Provide guidance on HR policy development and enforcement.

Employee Relations:
 Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
 Promote open communication channels between employees and management.
 Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's
degree preferred).
 Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role, preferably in the manufacturing
industry.
 In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
 Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
 HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
