 Project Management & provision of asset Integrity Management services which include RCM, ECA, ACA, RBI, RAM,
FMEA, RCA) for the Oil & Gas, Petro-chemical, Power & Process industry.
 Development of Asset Register, equipment hierarchy and functional location in line with ISO-14224
 Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA) by using Company Standard Guidelines to identify the safety critical, High ,
Medium & Low critical equipment.
 FMECA based RCM Study as per standards like OREDA, SAE JA 1011 & 1012
 Development & Optimization of Preventive Maintenance Routines (PMRs) with task lists and identification of spare
parts required executing the preventive maintenance jobs
 Review the individual installation maintenance strategies and equipment failure history. Calculation of MTBF and
MTTR based on generic and operator reliability data
 Development of Maintenance Craft Procedures and Job Plans
 Spare part optimization study including preparation of Bill of material for the critical rotary equipment, ABC
analysis, Min/Max Level and re-order point.
 Data population in client CMMS Templates (SAP / Maximo, Meridium, Oracle, Vail Plant) related to Asset Register,
Location Hierarchy, Maintenance Plans, Spare parts and BOM etc.
 Development of Asset Integrity Management System Frame work and its Element documents
 Project workshops with clients on ECA and RCM study results.
 Evaluation of tender documents to prepare the clarifications, technical and commercial proposals.
