Job Description:
  1. Overall Management:

    • Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.
    • Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  2. Staff Supervision:

    • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
    • Schedule and manage staff shifts to optimize coverage.
  3. Inventory Management:

    • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate restocking activities.
  4. Visual Merchandising:

    • Supervise and implement effective visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal and promote product visibility.
    • Ensure that displays comply with company standards and seasonal promotions.
  5. Customer Service Excellence:

    • Foster a customer-focused environment and ensure that staff delivers exceptional service.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Sales Analysis:

    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, monitor product performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
    • Set and track sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
  7. Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the store budget, including expenses and revenue projections.
    • Control costs and optimize resource allocation.
  8. Security and Safety:

    • Implement and enforce security and safety protocols to protect store assets and ensure the well-being of staff and customers.
    • Coordinate with relevant authorities for emergency response planning.
  9. Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
    • Stay informed about changes in regulations that may affect store operations.
  10. Team Development:

    • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff to enhance their skills and foster career development.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
  11. Community Engagement:

    • Engage with the local community through promotions, events, and partnerships to enhance the store's visibility and reputation.
