Customer Service Executive – Insurance Broking
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and concerns through inbound calls and emails.
Provide accurate and timely resolutions as per company guidelines and processes.
Assist customers with insurance-related queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow up on pending queries.
Identify suitable cross-selling opportunities and achieve assigned incentive targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
Relevant experience in inbound telecalling, customer service, or customer care.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Prior experience in the insurance/insurance broking industry will be an added advantage.
