Job Description:
Position Summary:
Service Engineer- Refrigerant & Desiccant Dryer (ATLAS COPCO Air Dryer experience is a must)
Location : Accra Ghana, Africa(On Site)
- Responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of ATLAS COPCO refrigerant and desiccant air dryers, in addition to general servicing and overhauling.
- Ensure efficient servicing of all types of Atlas Copco Air Dryers in terms of cost and time frame on all sites.
- Respect and follow up on schedules for contract customers.
- Achieve sales targets set by Management.
- Maintain proper records of service activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to target industrial clients.
- Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and peers on sites.
Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing Atlas Copco Air Dryers.
- Electrical knowledge is preferable.
- Experience working as a Field Service Engineer.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with clients, external, and internal parties.
- Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Engineering.
