Sr. Front end Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the user interfaces of our websites and applications.

Job Profile:

• Experience - 3+ years
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript MVC architecture and OOP programming style. JavaScript Frameworks - Backbone / Angular
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT, Bitbucket, SVM(mandatory). Excellent knowledge of HTMLS, CSS3, SASS, GULP, LESS.
• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
• Good Communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills

Along with Technical Experience - personal/individual abilities/traits are a must. Should be able to take a high level of ownership of all work developed by members of the team.

• Projects Deliveries Responsibility.
• Effectively manage team members in line with company policy and procedures, including Performance, development, disciplinary and conflict resolution with effective feedback.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Manage & deliver capacity in different technologies as well. (Should be having excellent grasping power), Should be able to perform and lead from the front.
