• Handling All HR Generalist activities
• Releasing offer letters.
• All email correspondence.
• Leave updating.
• Internal co-ordination.
• Handling general office administration.
• Vendor coordination and management.
• All other necessary coordination-related work

 

Candidate's Profile:

• Excellent communication skills
• Good Coordination skills 
• Go getting attitude
• Should have excellent knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge and Ideas about all HR Compliances
• Should have excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in handling HR Operations
• Employee Engagement activities
• Must have a minimum of 15–20 years of work experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Work experience in Distillery will be preferable.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM HR
