Executive/SrExecutive QA

Description of the activities: Quality Assurance of Consumable Products.

Duties, powers, and responsibilities:

·         Day to day inspection of Textile Screens and other consumable products

·         Inspection of tooling/mandrel as and when required

·         Inspection of customer return material

·         Highlights finding with production team based on daily inspection of Finish products

·         Statistical analysis of inspection results

·         Suggest improvement action based on statical analysis

·         Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement 

·         Oversee continuous improvement projects 

·         Prepare and present reports and metrics to Management

·         Visit customers to attend quality complaints as and when required

·         Prepare CAPA for customer complaints

Job requirements:

• Education: - Degree or Diploma in Mechanical from Government Recognized University.

• Experience: - Around 5 - 7 Years relevant experience.
• Age: - 25 to 32 Years
• Gender: - Male
• SPC / SQC
• ISO 9001
• Preferably Exposure to Electroplating / Electroforming
• Practiced user of MS office package.
• Experience with ERP systems

Being able to work project based.
