Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer specializing in Oil field chemicals and other specialty chemicals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical sales, with a focus on the oil and gas industry.

Responsibilities:                

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the oil and gas sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target market segments.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate chemical solutions to meet their needs.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Prepare and present technical presentations and proposals to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, including forecasts and pipeline status.
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Oil field chemicals and other specialty chemicals.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to relocate to different territories within KSA as required.
• Valid Indian driving license.
• Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry and its chemical requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
