Asst Manager Purchase

Job Description:

Reporting to Plant Head daily basis.

Purchase all material (RM, PM (For Herbal and Healthcare  Product), and maintenance and other project related)

Purchase all General material (House Keeping, Stationary)

Purchase all chemical for QA & Micro Lab

Making the month wise plan for Procurement purpose with consumption reports.

Making the GRN in Busy system.

         Maintaining the all type of stock registers (material Incoming, stock reg.

          Finish goods stock) 

          Maintaining the proper record in books and computer in data base  software

          Responsible for all type of activity in the base of shift in warehouse.          

Responsible for dispensing of  Raw material/Packing Material according to  SOP’s.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Any Graduate with 6-8Year Experience in Procurement purchase

• Material requirement planning, purchase of BOP,(RM, PM & Mechanical ,Electrical Consumable,Spare Items) from an Indigenous Market.
• Preparing purchase plan as per MRP & providing monthly schedule to vendor’s.

• To release the Daily, Weekly & Monthly Schedule to Vendor as Per Our Production Plan

• Working on purchasing policy formulation, PR-PO process implementation, RFP/RFQ, quote comparison & analysis, strategic sourcing, compliance enforcement & MIS for respective concern.

• Purchase negotiation and zero base costing to evaluate should cost.

• To identify and develop new sources based on their capacity, infrastructure, location, business standing, quotation and capability to meet our drawing specification.

• New Vendor Development & Strategic sourcing for cost saving & risk avoiding.

• Explore the cost advantages activities to achieve the target of cost saving.

• Presenting & Maintaining MIS & Evaluating & Analyzing data for improvements.
