Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in strategic planning, institutional performance management, and adherence to approved tax references.
- Execute the construction of questionnaires, conduct thorough analysis, and generate comprehensive tax reports.
- . Showcase innovation and leadership skills within the tax domain, ensuring alignment with industry terms and best practices.
- Develop tools and formulate business strategies to measure key indicators of the strategic plan, working towards achieving authority objectives and fostering awareness in the evolving tax landscape.
- Assess and manage tax administrative risks to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues.
- Devise a government discrimination action plan and optimize the customer's journey within the tax field.
- Maintain Registers of Stakeholders (RACI) to enhance collaboration and communication across relevant parties.
- Implement and manage dashboards for effective monitoring and presentation of key metrics.
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless follow-up and alignment with organizational goals.
