Job Profile :
Preparation of Cost Sheet for Domestic Transfer Pricing.
Monthly Checking of Transfer Price per unit against dispatch for inter units.
Detail working of monthly Cost Run.
Maintaining STO (Stock Transfer Order) Rate for Inter Company.
Preparation of Cost Records for CAC (Cost Audit Compliance) for whole group.
Product Costing & Contribution Analysis
Product Costing and pricing – updating the Raw material prices & imputing the same for preparing the product cost statement.
Detailed analysis of consumption of Raw Material.
Verification of BOM & Routing Actual v/s System.
Preparation of Monthly MIS.
Budgeting & Budgetary Control
Profitability analysis.
Variance Analysis.
Analysis of Expenses Trends.
Inventory Control.
Cost Audit of Automobile Industries, .
Analysis of Business Operation, Cost and Financial information for Completion of Cost Audit.
Verification of CAS-4’s under Companies (Cost Records & Audit) Rules 2011 & 2014 for various Manufacturing & Service.,
Ratio Analysis to ascertain the liquidity and profitability of the Company.
