Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.

- Recruit, train, and lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support.

Key Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

- Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
