Job Description:

JOBTITLE/ POSITION: Key Accounts Executive
REPORTING TO: Key Account Manager
FUNCTION: Sales & Marketing - PAN India
GRADE: EXE
LOCATION: Delhi


CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Assist the KAM to build Business plans for the portfolio of customers.
  • PO and Stock planning
  • PO validation, Appointment with
  • Deliver AOP Revenue, Volume, Share and Profitability for the set of
  • Joint Business Planning with HO team & LFS/Regional Channel teams
  • Develop, Negotiate, Sell and Execute optimal Terms of Trade with the help of KAM and ensure compliance.
  • Manage Range, Assortment, Space, Visibility & Infra placement at the stores for the designated
  • Conduct periodic Business Reviews with the LFS/RC Customer HQ Team (Ensuring usage of Scan/ Shipment data for understanding opportunities and improvement areas.
  • Develop appropriate BTL and Promotion Calendars with the channel teams factoring cost effective Promotions, New Product Introductions,
  • Work with Sales Logistics team to deliver 90% fill rate
  • Collaborate with LFS/ RC Finance team to ensure payments come in on time and account reconciliation happens periodically.
  • Support field team to ensure Best in Class Manage listing of new products

 

Summary:

Position Title – Key Account Executive (Sell In)

  • Location – Bangalore
  • Geography Covered- Entire State (Example if HQ is Chennai & candidate will cover entire TN)                      
  • Total Experience - 3 to 10 Years
  • Age – 27 to 35 Years (Max) (Upper side)
  • Qualification – MBA (Full Time Compulsory)
  • Reporting to- Key Account Manager
  • CTC – 8.5 LPA
  • Direct Reporting - Nil (Individual Contributor Role) 
  • Languages Known- English /Respective Regional Language. 
  • Industry- FMCD (Small Appliances preferably)/FMCG/Retail (Apparel & Luggage Segment)

Remarks:

  • Experience in Modern Trade is compulsory & Key Account Management is preferred.
  • Candidates from General Trade & E-Commerce will not be considered.
  • More Exposure to Regional Accounts is an added advantage 
  • Travel requirement for 8 to 12 Days
  • Working Knowledge of SAP is preferred & Good Working knowledge of Excel is compulsory.
  • Good Communication & Influencing Skills & Strong Coordination across all functions is a must
