Job Description:

As an Assistant to the Operations Executive at our company specializing in hospital equipment distribution across India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our 

operations. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in various tasks to optimize efficiency and uphold high standards in the delivery of hospital equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal levels of hospital equipment inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
  • Assist in processing customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and fulfil orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with logistics partners to manage the transportation and delivery of equipment.
  • Track shipments and communicate delivery schedules to relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and work with the Operations Manager to implement changes.
  • Streamline existing processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Ensure all relevant documentation, including invoices and shipping records, is accurate and up to date.
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational processes.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse personnel.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address operational challenges and foster a positive working environment.

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in operations or logistics roles is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software for data analysis.

Experience:- 0-2 years
