E - Commerce Executive (Ed-Tech Industry) - Kolkata
Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of E-Commerce Executive for the reputed company in the Ed-Tech Industry in Kolkata .
Operations :
- Manage all regulatory requirements, such as BIS and ISI among others
- Maintain all documentation with vendors such as NDA, Work Orders, POs
- Assist internal teams such as content, illustrations, and design
- Listing & cataloging of products on websites, and marketplaces such as Amazon
- Managing orders, returns & customer queries
- Work with various partners such as stores, marketing agencies
- Managing all partners and vendors
Vendor Management :
- Work with the design team to understand requirements for toy design
- Find new vendors based on business requirements
- Co-ordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Meet vendors and perform quality checks
- Co-ordinate deliverables and payments with vendors
