Position: Senior Production Engineer (3 No)
About the responsibilities of the position: The main activity of the production is that he is responsible for all the shop flower activities as peer following job profile. .
Reporting to: Manager
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
Desired Experience: Up to 5 to 10 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a Fabrication / Sheet Metal / Press Shop /Weld Shop
Salary : up to Rs. 30,000/- to 35000/-
Skills Set required/Job Profile :
1 Meeting daily production schedule.
2 Confirm quality through Routine Checks. (V9)
3 Interacting service supports department within Plant.
4 Insuring standards work is followed.
5 Maintaining 5 “S” in work Area.
6 Looking for continuous improvements (Kaizens)
7 Identifying 16 Major Losses & recording.
8 Maintaining daily ‘JH’ Check sheets.
9 Ensuring ‘ Sensory ’(Comparator) Availability at work stage.
10 Daily check for produced component w.r.t. ‘Sensory’ for scheduled timings.
11 Training to workmen for work instructions.
12 Proper documentations for above work.
13 Responsible for good housekeeping.
14 Shift Planning of Workmen.
15 Achieve Max OEE (above 95%) of the production line.
- Able to do Continuous improvement on line ( Kaizens) (Suggestions )
