Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* Preparing the Job Profile/Description for a given Job Position.
* Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidates for specific job Positions on behalf
of clients.
* Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule
interviews.
* Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the
management team.
* Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per
the requirement of client/employees.
* Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation letter.
* Coordinating with the client for joining formalities of the New Joinee.
* Conducting/Coordinating for the induction for new joinee at clients place.
* Creating the HR Policies for the clients as and when required.
* Coordinating and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and
decided timelines.
* Conducting/Coordinating for Employee Engagement Activities for clients.

* Conducting detail study and drawing an analysis of Training needs.
* Assure process implementation is done at client place.
* Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly.
* Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in
consultation with the respective managers.
* Regular updating of communication channels with the client in the Master Database.
* Share the Company profile and coordinating with the prospect client.
* Mark your attendance and update the day-to-day tasks in Task Tracker Application.

Qualification, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
* Graduation/Post graduation in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
* 3 to 4 years of HR experience in generalist role. 
* Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
* Excellent record keeping skills.
* Must have knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi).
* Must have good hands upon computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office.
* Willingness for occasional local travel in and around Ahmedabad.

Experience: 1 to 5 year of Corporate HR Generalist.

Salary range is negotiable up to 4.80 Lakh per annum for the deserving candidate.
