We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Telesales Officers. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating sales leads and acquiring new customers through tele calling. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with less than 1 year of experience to kickstart their career in the insurance industry.
*Qualifications and Skills*
Qualification: +2(Exp) to Any Graduate
Excellent communication skills in English+ Hindi +( Tamil / Kannada / Malayalam)
Ability to convince and influence people.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Prior experience in sales or telesales is a plus.
*Roles and Responsibilities*
Generate sales leads through tele calling and cold calling.
Acquire new customers by explaining insurance policies and benefits.
Provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and offer suitable solutions.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
