Telecalling/Sales Executive Delhi
Job Description:
1. Outbound Calling:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling our products or services.
- Use scripts and sales strategies to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Gather information about customer needs and preferences to tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outbound calling efforts.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products or services to answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
3. Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Work towards achieving individual and team-based sales goals.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
5. Data Entry and Reporting:
- Accurately record customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities to the sales manager.
6. Adherence to Policies and Guidelines:
- Follow company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulations related to telemarketing and sales.
7. Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills.
- Share feedback and insights with the team to contribute to continuous improvement.
