Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Team Leader for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Navi Mumbai (Panvel/Kharghar)  Location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the real estate sourcing team, including setting goals, performance expectations, and providing guidance and support.
  • Property Sourcing: Lead efforts to identify potential real estate opportunities through various channels such as MLS listings, auctions, off-market properties, networking, etc.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in specific real estate markets.
  • Due Diligence: Oversee the due diligence process for potential properties, including financial analysis, property inspections, legal review, and feasibility studies.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for property acquisitions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts related to property acquisitions are properly prepared, reviewed, and executed.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, including property pipeline, deal flow, market insights, and team performance metrics.

Candidates Profile:

  • Real Estate Experience: Extensive experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or related fields, with a deep understanding of the real estate market dynamics.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including setting goals, motivating team members, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate and persuade stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills to evaluate potential real estate opportunities and assess their viability.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of local and regional real estate markets, including trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
