Sourcing Manager (Mandate) - Real Estate Industry - Navi Mumbai( Panvel/Kharghar)

Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Sourcing Manager for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Navi Mumbai (Panvel/Kharghar)  Location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing clients with home-buying requirements
• Reaching out to the Real estate channel partners in the locality assigned to you to onboard them through calls or through physical meetings.
• Increase our reach and awareness about the project among the channel partner community and onboard the interested CPs.
• Responsible for conducting meetings with interested CPs to persuade them and motivate them to actively engage in lead generation activity.
• Lookout for high-performing CPs and do all the efforts within their limits to drive the CPs for lead generation.
• Coordination for site visits with prospective buyers and enables the deal closure.
• Addressing any queries, and doubts of the CPs and prospective buyers to maintain a healthy and professional approach.

• On weekends i.e, on Saturday and Saturday, they will have to do customer visits at Hiranandani site.
