Post: Senior Maintenance Engineer
Education: DME / BE Mechanical
Experience: Min 3 Years
Salary up to 3.80 LPA
Skill required: Kaizen, TPM, and Autonomous
- Plant Maintenance
- Hand on CNC, VMC, HMC machine, Convention machines – SPM. Troubleshooting.
- Works on Fanuc, Siemens, PLc Drive, Mitsubishi,
- Updating document such as PM Check sheet, M/C History card,
- PLC Programming. (Messing, Mitsubishi)
- Maintenance Documents, PM,BD, TS Documents
- AMS & micrometric Machine hand on experience
- Turret alignment, ball screw assembly, spindles Draw bar assembly, ATC, APC Troubleshooting.
- Maintenance Documents, PM, BD, TS Documents.
- Hydraulic & Pneumatics Knowledge - Troubleshooting
- Followed 1S, 2S and TPM Process during working
