JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. THE SIX KEY TASKS THAT CONSTITUTE THE FOUNDATIONS OF EVER GENERAL MANAGER'S JOB

2. SHAPING THE WORK ENVIRONMENT, SETTING STRATEGY, ALLOCATING RESOURCES, DEVELOPING MANAGERS, BUILDING THE ORGANIZATION, AND OVERSEEING OPERATIONS.

3. ESTABLISH AND ENFORCE QUALITY CONTROL STANDARDS TO DELIVER PRODUCTS THAT MEET OR EXCEED CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS.

4. PROVIDE STRONG LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP TO THE MANUFACTURING TEAM, FOSTERING A POSITIVE AND MOTIVATED WORK ENVIRONMENT GENERAL MANAGER DUTIES INCLUDE MANAGING STAFF, OVERSEEING THE BUDGET, EMPLOYING MARKETING STRATEGIES, AND MANY OTHER FACETS OF THE BUSINESS.

5. GENERAL MANAGERS SHOULD REPORT TO HIGHER-LEVEL MANAGERS OR EXECUTIVES AND SUPERVISE LOWER-LEVEL MANAGERS.
