Job Description:

Candidates who have manufacturing application side knowledge. So we need your assistance in identifying a skilled professional with expertise in Manufacturing Program Management setup i.e. ERP/MES (Enterprise Resource Planning/Manufacturing Execution System}.

The ideal candidate should possess the following key skills and qualifications:

  • Manufacturing ERP/MES Expertise: Proven experience in managing and optimizing manufacturing processes using ERP and MES systems.
  • Implementation Experience: Hands-on Program Management experience in successfully implementing and overseeing the deployment of ERP/MES solutions within a manufacturing environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with various departments such as production, logistics, finance, etc..  to ensure seamless integration and functionality of new systems

Key Responsibility - Job Description

  • Project Portfolio Management:

Prioritize IT projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and ROI.

Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Conduct regular project reviews and audits to ensure compliance with PMO standards.

  • Change Management:

Develop change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives.

Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.

Monitor and measure change adoption and effectiveness; make adjustments as needed.

  • Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the PMO and change management functions.

Implement best practices and standard methodologies to enhance project delivery and change adoption.

Facilitate communication between IT teams, business units, and senior leadership.

  • Risk Management:

Identify potential risks related to IT projects and organizational change initiatives.

Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues.

 

Key Skills - Description

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be B.tech Computer Science with 6-10 Year Experience with IT Project Management in any Manufacturing Industries
