Job Description:
Key Responsibility Area's:
—NSM is a senior position based at HO and the person desirous of of accepting the challenge will work as an extended arm of the management.
—The incubant will be responsible for total field operations as a sales manager and project the organization's image in the market like a true professional.
—The position demands that the person should be of high intellect and integrity, dedication, honesty having an empathetic approach.
—He will spend 5-6 days in HO to discuss the strategies, share the field's feedback to decide the future actions.
—He will be responsible for achievement of division's sales objectives through his expertise, skills and contacts.
—Based on his experience and market report, he will help in formulating the future sales strategies and will ensure the implememtation of the same by field staff.
—Every month he will be working 2-3 days with every field staff as per the need of a specific HQ and ensure that all the HQs come up to the expectations of the organization.
—Proper planning of monthly tour programs of all the managers and self will be his major responsibility so as to see that each working day turns out to be productive and progressive.
—He will ensure the appointments of good talent from the field as per the requirement and also should also be in a position of creating a good distribution channel wherever needed.
—Monthly, quarterly , half yearly and yearly planning of sales etc. is also an important part of his job.
—Proper inventories at all CSA points, future requirements of stocks and Forecast of sales and liquidation of stocks through the efforts of the field staff is an integral part of his job responsibilities.
—The person should be ambitious, willing to grow in life by accepting the day to day challenges.
—The incubant from Chandigarh will be preferable having an experience of 15 -20 years in reputed houses.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Territory-North 1 & 2 ( Chandigarh, Pb, HR, HP, J & K, Delhi,UP, Bihar, Rajasthan)
Education- Graduation /PG
Stability:-in cv, should not be a job hopper, No frequent job changes.
Experience- 15-20 Years+
Team Handling- He will responsible for 15-20 team member including RSM,ASM,ZSM
Location:- Chandigarh or Delhi NCR
Target v/s Achievement and performance / Relationship skills, Dealer Size. He will handle Monthly turnover of 1cr + , annual 12 Cr.
Reporting- will report to Business Head
