JOB DESCRIPTION:- 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer Manager proficient in .NET and Cloud technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers, driving the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects in line with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of .NET developers and cloud engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-performance and productivity.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects, and stakeholders, to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
3. Drive the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable .NET applications and cloud solutions in alignment with industry best practices and standards.
4. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project deadlines.
5. Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and trends in the .NET and cloud space, making recommendations for innovation and improvement.
6. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
7. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to senior management on project status, milestones, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience (X years) in software development with expertise in .NET framework and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating high-performing engineering teams.
4. In-depth knowledge of .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, etc.
5. Hands-on experience with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, EC2, S3, Azure Functions, App Services, Google Cloud Functions, etc.
6. Proficiency in modern software development methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, Git, JIRA, etc.
7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering business value through technology solutions.
