Position : ServiceNow HR Solution Architect
Location : Hyderabad
Experience : 10+ years
Joining Date : Immediate to 20 days
Roles and Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow HR Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing HR solutions using the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of HR processes, strong technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform, and the ability to lead and guide teams in delivering innovative solutions.
Solution Design
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Design end-to-end HR processes, workflows, and automation using the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module.
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in implementing ServiceNow HR solutions.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates and ensure the HR solutions align with industry best practices.
Configuration and Customization:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet HR business needs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow HR module and other HR systems.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow HR solutions.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow HR solutions, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.
Training and Support
- Provide training and support to end-users and other IT teams on ServiceNow HR solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow HR platform.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect with a focus on HR Service Delivery.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including HR Service Delivery module.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow to meet specific business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certification(s) in HRSD or related modules is a plus.
