knowledge of 8d
knowledge of Control plan, PFMEA, PFD
Problem solving methods such as 8D, why why analysis, fishbone diagram,
Communication with suppliers
Communication with customer,
Engineering drawing analysis
APQP,
PROCESS ANALYSIS
PRODUCT ANALYSIS.
