Job Description:
- Overall responsibility from production to shipment
- Preparing production plan on daily, weekly & monthly basis of plating & assembly shop
Capacity planning. - Well versed in PPC
- Quality control
- Setting of production targets
- Ensuring proper planning and execution of complete sampling activity
- Optimum utilization of man and machine
- Work with engineer ,production and procurement to ensure load of production capacity
- Develop and maintain effective relationship with internal supplier and customer for ensure that required input are available on time.
- Provide forecast and demand profile to measure supplier
- Working with his team to generate requisitions for line loading & output.
- Inventory control in WIP
