Job Description:
  1. Growth of business by means of identifying new business opportunities across all geographies
  2. Preparation of qualitative and quantitative data to support project development activities e.g. market – competitor analysis & risk analysis on new opportunities, amongst other proactive initiatives.
  3. Initiate process of organic growth development opportunities for the company which includes lead organization, strategic evaluation, deal scoping, opportunity identification, feasibility studies at all.
  4. Deliver Company Presentation to identified prospective clients
  5. Preparation of Project Synopsis (Tech. & Commercial) to take decision on BID or NO BID.
  6. Identify and assess financially viable prospects and project balanced view to Management.
  1. Attend Pre-Bid meetings, Technical Openings, Techno-commercial Clarification & Price Bid opening Meetings with clients & client nominated consultants.
  1. Site visits to understand client requirement and site conditions. Aquanitaince with site conditions and local requirement.
  2. Techno – commercial discussions and negotiations with vendors.
  3. Coordination with other departments like Procurement, Sub – Contracting, Contracts, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil for finalization of bid.
  4. Preparation of Techno-Commercial proposals involving selection of Process, Cost estimation for Water and Wastewater treatment plants within specified timeframe.  Preparation of Pre – Bid MOUs.
  5. Post bid follow up / coordination with client.
  6. Update and maintain JWIL intranet.
  7. Proposal Development including deciding Process Design Basis, development of drawings, etc.
  8. Pre-Qualification Activities for Private / Public Groups
  9. Search for joint-ventures / partner for upcoming projects.
  10. Continuously explore new business opportunities across all geographic including partnering and forming’s JVs.
