Job Profile :
To design and develop customized training content and material.
Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manuals for the company
Content Writing for Company's in-house publications
Creation of Training Handouts, Question Papers, Online Feedback Forms etc
E-learning modules creation using Moodle (Open Source Learning Platform)
Assigning and facilitating E-learning platform to the employees.
To deliver classroom training to new recruits
Conducting tests and evaluating it with state-of-the-art methods like “Automated Response System” etc.
Content Editing of various entries received from staff members for the Company Newsletter.
Formulation of Question banks for E-learning.
To conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) as and when required.
Following up with branches for On-the-Job training progress
MIS Maintenance for training department
Also proficient in:
Proofreading, Data Mining, Editing & Advanced MS-Excel.
Also skilled in translating English Books / Broachers and articles into Hindi & Marathi Or Marathi to English
