Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager - HR & IR for a reputed company in the Manufacturing Industry at West Bengal (Haldia) location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all statutory compliance of the unit
- Maintain healthy IR relation in the factory
- Attend to employee grievances
- Manage payroll, PF, ESIC, labour contractor registrations, factory, fire, pollution license/NOC, etc
- Liaison with local influencers and government department related to labour, factory, fire, pollution, etc
- Implement corporate HR policies
- Supervise security and admin facilities
Candidates Profile:
- 5 years + experience in factory, Contract Labor, IR issues, Grievance handling, Payroll, ISO audit, etc.
- Hardworking
- Positive attitude
- Punctual
