Job Description:

Overall Purpose of Role: Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales process for our commercial and residential projects, including lead generation, client acquisition, and closing deals.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities for commercial and residential projects.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including investors, property developers, homebuyers, and tenants.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
  • Conduct sales presentations, property tours, and negotiations to secure new business and close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and legal regulations.

 

 Requisite Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or related

                                            Field, MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Requisite Experience: Experience with 10-12 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the

                                         Real estate Industry.

                                         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport

                                         with clients and negotiate effectively.

Language Proficiency: English (French would be an added advantage)
