Senior Manager Sales - RTE & RTC
Job Description:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth
and achieve revenue targets in both domestic and international markets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product
expansion and market penetration.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to drive
results and exceed sales targets.
Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure the team's success in both domestic
and international sales efforts.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key
clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that
align with their requirements.
Revenue Generation: Drive the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability goals in
both domestic and international markets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and
expand market reach.
Market Expansion: Identify and enter new markets, ensuring the brand's presence and
growth in both domestic and international territories.
Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments
to stay ahead of the competition.
Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track
progress and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, opportunities, and challenges for
management review.
Travel Management: Be willing to travel extensively, up to 80% of the time, to meet
clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
