Job Description:

Position : Assistant Manager – HR

Experience : 5 to 7 years

Compensation : As per industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Understanding requirements for the position with hiring managers and plan accordingly.
• Screening resumes as per the profile required.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
• Performing reference and background checks.
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy.
• Completing timely reports on employment activity.
• Conducting joining interviews and performing relevant procedures.
• Taking ownership of own deliveries.
• Should adhere to delivery schedules.
• Strong work ethics.

Skills

• Strong working experience in recruiting software developers for various profiles and technologies.
• Experience of recruiting software developers in Microsoft, Java and Data Science technologies.
• Experience of recruiting software developers with good knowledge of Airline / Travel domain.
• Should be able to filter the resumes based on various factors including technologies, domain, projects and experience.
• Should be accountable and have capacity to handle end to end process of recruiting and joining.
• Should have knowledge and experience of using all recruitment portals as per profile requirement.
• Should be able to deal with all respective recruitment consultants and candidates as required.
