1. To sprehead overall plant operations end to end.
2. Having in depth technical knowledge about processes like CNC, VMC, Hot forging etc.
3. Devlope & Drive continous improvments in the plant.
4. Knowledge of all kind of compliances related to plant opertions.
5. Look after recruitment & training of eomployees
6. People management skills
7. Leadership & team management skills
8. Focus on Process Control & overall quality of the product. 9. Coordination with customers for timely delivery & other matters. 10.Should have excellent analytical skills.
